How to break FREE
Being online is extremely fun! It’s easy to see why, There is SO much on the internet. But, sometimes, enough is enough, and you just need a break. Take a break from technology and focus on the real things that bring you joy. Spend time with friends and family, go for a walk, read a book, or simply just sit outside and appreciate the beauty of nature. You may feel the craving to go back online, if so, you should CLEANSE. Cleansing will give you a NUMBER of benefits, discussed later in this article. How to cleanse When enough is enough, and you need a break, A break may not be enough! A cleanse will help you truly appreciate the incentives of offline. To cleanse, you will have to be offline for a period of time. It could be anywhere from 1 week to 1 month! Cleansing involves you in a multitude of new activities. These activities will replace your addiction to the internet. “Addiction replacement occurs when an individual in recovery trades a given addiction for another. -www.addictioncenter.com” Cleansing also helps to reset the brain and body, allowing you to think more clearly and focus on more important tasks. It can also help to reduce stress and improve mental health. Activities to replace Many activities can replace the internet. When I went on my first internet cleanse, I took up a hobby of art. All the time now, I am constantly trying out new art supplies, although my favorite remains watercolor markers, this is much more mentally beneficial than more frequent internet use. There are many new hobbies you can take up but, to name a few,
are just a few examples of activities that can replace internet usage and provide fulfillment in the offline world. Benefits of offline Offline can be EXTREMELY Beneficial.! The benefits are extremely rewarding, and can even provide health benefits! The list of benefits is extremely long but, just to name a few,

From improving focus and creativity to strengthening relationships and enhancing self-discipline, embracing the offline world offers a wealth of rewards.
